BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please confirm your headcount and type of course before making a booking. Full payment is required to secure the slot, all bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.​ All prices are GST inclusive.

All sessions are conducted in English.

Slots are available for booking 3 months in advance.

All bookings are private sessions and will have a dedicated instructor assigned to the group. To ensure a better experience for participants, online booking will only accept a maximum booking of up to 6 pax for Tryout & Funshoot sessions and up to 4 pax for Basic Archery Courses. For larger groups, please get in touch with us separately to arrange for a booking:

Please note, that there is no minimum age requirement. However, the sport does require some form of upper body strength and will be largely dependent on the child's motor development skills and strength. The lightest bow tension we have is around 2kg in tension. Please use that as a gauge before booking as it is non-refundable & non-transferable. Usually, those aged 7yo and below will struggle with the 1-hour session.

RESCHEDULE
All bookings are non-refundable. For rescheduling, at least a 72-hour advance notice period must be given and acknowledged by our reservation team. Each session is entitled to only one-time rescheduling, the session must be rescheduled within the next 3 months of the initial booking date. The session will be considered forfeited if no advance notice is given (forfeited BAC sessions will have a rescheduling fee of $45/pax/hr).

Supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate) may be requested for emergency cancellation or rescheduling.
